Effective
These terms apply when you create or manage a notice board on notices.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and use an email address you control. You are responsible for activity on your account and for ensuring that you are authorized to publish on behalf of the named business.
Your public content
You retain responsibility for the content you publish. You grant the operator the limited permission needed to host, display, transmit, and technically process that content to provide the service. Do not publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, confidential, abusive, or sensitive personal information.
Permanent addresses
Board and notice addresses are designed to remain stable. A board address becomes permanent when the board is created and cannot be changed afterward. Editing a notice does not change its address, and deleting a notice does not make that address available for reuse.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security controls, automate abusive account creation, impersonate another person or business, or use public boards to distribute malware or spam.
Free trial and subscription
New boards include a one-month free trial. No payment card is required to start. After the trial, continued use costs $5 per month. Notices will require your explicit agreement and payment details before charging you.
Availability and changes
The service may evolve, experience interruptions, or change during early operation. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a breach of these terms. Important business information should not rely on notices as its only emergency communication channel.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The operator is not responsible for owner-published content or for losses caused by relying on inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable notices. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
